The pattern between thoughts, feelings and actions play out everyday.  The first step towards a more positive existence begins with noticing and observing our thoughts.  We say some statements in our minds over and over to the point where we don’t notice how often they come up.  Even though they are automatic and out of sight, they affect our mood and behaviors each time they run through our mind.Once we are more aware of our thoughts, we can choose a new dialogue.  With a new, more positive dialogue, our actions, habits, and direction becomes clearer, purposeful and authentic.   We are able to envision a future where we are successful (in however we define it) and able to thrive in our relationships, careers, and life.  Beginning today, can you change 2 or 3 of your thoughts.  Can you change 20 in a week? How about in a month? I wonder how this can change your behavior, habits, values and destiny.
