For the love the napping
Ever wish the United States would adopt a siesta? You are not alone.  Most of know that sleep deprivation causes issues with our physical, alertness, relationship tolerance, and overall, well-being.
All naps are not created equal. Researchers have found different types of napping and the benefits for each.  Additionally, how and if we plan to nap impacts the quality and purpose of sleeping during the day.
The National Sleep Foundation has describes 3 different types:
1.    Planned napping:  taking a nap before you are tired.
2.    Emergency napping:  tired and a nap is required to continue functioning.
3.    Habitual napping:  the lovely siesta, napping at the same time everyday.
